David and Erica build their Home

| David and Erica asked Skillful Means to design a home for them on a new piece of land in El Sobrante, California. A creek runs along the back of the lot, and over hills to the west lie Berkeley, San Francisco and the Pacific Ocean. Janet Johnston, project architect, designed a two story home with a dramatic sunspace in the center. David and Erica, with their friends and helpers, are looking forward to moving out of their trailer and into their new home in the summer/fall of '03. |
