This spacious cottage stands high in California's flat Central Valley. The high, generous windows catch summer breezes and winter light. A screened porch provides a place to relax and enjoy long views of the surrounding orchards
	The ground floor living and dining areas will open out to a swimming pool and outdoor spaces and enjoy the full height of the clerestory ceiling. The bedroom sits under the roof and overlooks the common areas.
		Subtly tinted and richly textured lime plaster over bale walls contrasts with the smooth planes of painted drywall on the interior.
